Multiplying Radical Disciples
The growth of the church is exploding in Asia-Pacific. But qualified biblical leaders who can listen to the world and build bridges to the Word are in short supply at every level - from village churches to urban seminaries. Senior leaders from within the cultures and contexts where church growth is taking off are desperately needed.
We support the Masters and PhD study of Partner School leaders and lecturers, and Langham Scholars. They study in their own country or abroad, and then return home to exercise significant influence for Christ in their culture, region and nation.
There is excellent multiplicative impact of training one good senior leader. Over the course of their life, they equip and influence hundreds of pastors and Christian leaders who will go on to lead churches, start new ministries and reproduce the faith in others. Many of them exercise significant influence through their writing and wide leadership in the regional and even global church.
Anna Sui Hluan, Myanmar
Through a Faculty Development Sponsorship, Anna received support to study a PhD at Otago University in New Zealand. This investment over several years in her development as a strategically placed leader in the Myanmar church, today means that a wide circle of younger leaders - in particular Myanmar women - are currently being raised up through her ministry. Read her story.

Your generosity equips them, so that over the course of their life, they equip and influence hundreds of others - pastors and Christian leaders who will go on to lead churches, start new ministries and reproduce the faith.
